Jilin ZC New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as ZC) was established in 2002 with the registered capital of CNY 22.5 million. It is a subsidiary set up by Jilin Jien Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. and the equity-participation company of Jilin Zhongze Horoc Group Co., Ltd., and ZC was also the Third Refinery of Jilin Jien Nickel Co., Ltd. ZC has two production bases located in Panshi Economic Development Zone and Hongqiling Town respectively, covered a total area of 240,000 square meters and with the fixed assets of CNY 370 million.
ZC has several production lines with an annual capacity of 7,000 tons of carbonyl iron powder, 2,000 tons of carbonyl nickel powder, MIM feed and 10 tons cobalt carbonyl. Currently,
ZC has 194 employees, 85 of which are college graduates,
accounting for 46% of the total number of employees.
